  • Philip the Raid Leader (on his 12th mission),

  • William the Bear Knight (with Bill the Bear) (12th mission),

  • Edward the Knight of the Way (12th mission)

  • Hector the Light Raider (1st mission)

  • (Starflower needed to stay home to recover from her illness at the Thunder Cliffs. Regulus stayed behind with her.)


Starflower was not in this adventure, because she was in the Adventure Master chair for the first time! She is the author of this adventure, which can be found in our Homemade Adventures catalogue on this website. She learned a lot!


This is the first adventure for Hector, when the regular Adventure Master finally gets a chance to play.


This adventure introduced the player character Larkspur, who joined the academy.

Quick summary:


The team emerged from a hollow tree and followed a trail. They fought orcs on the trail, dodged traps in a suspicious clearing, and found the entrance to an underground dungeon.

In the dungeon, there was a slow moving bridge of patience. They cut through spider webs, fought orcs and trolls and found a secret passage to Lord Sarkon’s lair. Hector fell under a Revenge sin enchantment, and almost got killed before Edward dragged him to safety. After defeating the bad guys and counselling Hector back to his senses, they explored the caverns more.

They found a puzzle door and William solved the puzzle. Inside were cells with three Aladoth. The team shared the Great Rescue, and all three repented. One of them, Larkspur, wanted to become a LightRaider.

The team found their way out of the dungeon and back to the Hollow Tree.
